14. 3824 – Amend Chapter 215 – Peace and Good Order - Establish Regulations for Municipal Parking Facilities – Establishes rules and regulations for all municipal parking facilities, including the HudsonStreet garage
14. 3825 – Amend Chapter 145 – Fees – Hudson Street Parking Lot Permit – Deletes the fees for the Hudson Street parking lot only
14. 3826 – Amend Chapter 265 – Vehicles and Traffic – Permit Parking – Amends the locations where the Ridgewood Premium Parking Permit, the Ridgewood Non-Premium Parking Permit, and the Ridgewood Non-Resident Parking Permit can be used. It also indicates that the Ridgewood Parking Permits are not required in anylots or in the Hudson Street garage after 12:00 Noon on all days; however, the parking is limited to 3-hours inthese locations, during regularly metered hours. The Train Station Parking lot does not require a parking permit on Saturdays, but payment must be made during metered hours. In addition, the Ridgewood Parking permits shall not be used in the Chestnut, Walnut, or Prospect Street lots, Mondaythrough Friday, but may be used in these lots on Saturday.
